The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) is a dynamic nonprofit organization focused on making Downtown Pittsburgh a better place to live, work, play, and do business. Continuing the ongoing collaboration with the PDP, W|W helped design the 2023 Annual Report, "Catalysts for Change: Reinventing Downtown" and supporting communication materials for its Annual Meeting.

Over the past few years, downtowns across the country have been changed forever, and Pittsburgh is no exception, with the regional market experiencing a monumental shift in how people work. Technological innovation has enabled the widespread adoption of hybrid and virtual workplaces, driving the need for central business districts, particularly those historically reliant on office users, to reinvent themselves.

The theme for the Annual Report and Annual Meeting, "Catalysts for Change: Reinventing Downtown" was framed to inspire leaders and learn more about what Pittsburgh needs to support a stronger, more resilient, and vibrant Downtown. The Report is characterized by bold colors, striking photography, and compelling infographics to help bring this story to life. Each section contains a unique color palette and custom icons to help differentiate the categories.
