"They Saved My Life" is the latest chapter of three seasons of Kaiser Permanente Hawaii's “In Their Own Words” campaign created by W|W, featuring actual physicians and patients sharing their personal experiences with Kaiser Permanente.

The pre-interview process for this installment was particularly moving. Hearing these heartfelt patient stories first-hand was humbling — it's always a creative challenge to capture that essence in a 30-second video.
