Bar 35, one of the hot spots in the newly energized Downtown-Chinatown area, hired W|W to design and produce a TV campaign to promote the bar. The ritzy, retro, indoor-outdoor urban bar on Hotel Street in Honolulu is rumored to have Hawaii's best happy hour.  Is it five o'clock yet?
